Our range of Brass Orifice Plates is available in brass of 3mm, 6mm or even 10mm thickness and designed for nominal bores from 50-200mm.
Each plate is made to order using our (or your own) specific design criteria and the central orifice is laser cut to an accuracy of 0.1mm. The handles are stamped to your requirements with size, orifice size and K-factor.
We have several regular customers for these plates, but also find that some customers are surprised that we can supply them, so feel free to spread the word as we make them to order and would be happy to price up your requirments.
An orifice plate is a device used for reducing pressure or for restricting the flow in the system. In these cases it is often referred to as a restriction plate. Either a volumetric or mass flow rate may be determined, depending on the calculation associated with the orifice plate.
