At SEP, we’ve always envisioned providing our customers with a space to explore, learn, and get hands-on experience with our products – because this is often much better than just looking at pictures in a brochure or on a website.

Now, that vision has become a reality! We’re excited to offer FREE half-day demo and training sessions, packed with valuable tips and tricks (and absolutely no sales pitches), plus a complimentary lunch. Yes, you read that right—free training and free lunch!

What Will You Learn?

Our live demo setup features key products, including our ultra-quiet oil-free air compressor, the LPCB/FM-approved Zone Guardian, both wet riser and sprinkler pump initiation boards, the unique Alarm Valve Booster Pump, three types of Priority Demand Valves, and soon, a fully-operational Grundfos FireSAFE.

During these interactive sessions, you’ll dive deep into:

  • Product Selection: How to choose the right model for the job
  • Installation & Setting/Commissioning: Best practices to get it up and running
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensuring long-lasting performance and solving real-world issues

Getting it right at the start saves money for your clients and reinforces their trust in you as a top-notch service provider using the best tools. And while we focus on our products, we’re not here to teach fire sprinkler design or regulations—that’s BAFSA’s domain.

We don’t believe in lecturing from the front of a classroom. Our sessions are highly interactive, designed to encourage questions, discussion, and the opportunity to physically interact with the equipment. The more involved you are, the more you’ll get out of it!

Our goal is to make sure you and your clients get the most out of our products, from selecting the right model to ensuring it’s set up correctly and properly maintained. We know, for example, that our air compressors can last over 20 years with the right care. Plus, we’re constantly learning from our customers, which helps drive our product development.

As is the case for all parts of our business, rather than stick to rigid training dates, we believe in flexibility. We work around your schedule and demand, ensuring that the training suits your team’s needs. We prefer morning sessions, but that’s not the only option.
