For Orders Placed On This Website
- We aim to despatch ALL orders on the day received, if your order has been placed and paid for by 13:00 and there are no exclusions for special parts.
- Standard carriage is ‘next day’ (which means between 0800 and 1800); you may select an express service (pre-1200 or pre-1030), and if your delivery is late then please contact us for a refund of the upgrade element.
- All orders are acknowledged by this website but this is non contractual until confirmed by email by one of our team and the item/s despatched.
- We reserve the right to charge additional carriage for special orders/services; if you need something which is not listed, please just contact us.
- All returns for unrequired items must be in perfect condition and returned within 7 days at the buyer’s cost; please contact us first.
- For returns for faulty items or unwanted items not in perfect condition please contact us.
