Completion of this Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of product delivery will entitle the buyer to a period of extended warranty on SEP-manufactured products, purchased either directly or indirectly.
Upon completion with validated information, SEP agrees to extend the product warranty from the standard 12 months to 24 months, subject to sections 4 and 5 of our Terms and Conditions of Business
