Some exciting news… we’ve had our first ever SEP wedding!
We’re sure many of our customers and suppliers (both old and new) will have dealt with Anna in our office. She can be found answering the phone, quoting customers, and processing sales orders; otherwise she’ll be processing purchase invoices and paying suppliers… and drinking really weak coffee! Anna is also chief-meal-deal-picker (and biscuit-chooser) when we have customer training sessions.
Plus helping with any other enquiries or issues that come up (Anna after all has been with us for 11 years, so is more knowledgeable than most people might think), although if it all gets too technical then she’ll pass you over! She started here within just a few months of Rob taking over the company in 2014, so is one of the ‘longer-serving’ and (sometimes) wise employees.
Anyway, Anna got married to Phil at beginning of October. They did it very quietly and secretly, only telling us all just beforehand, and it was just them and their son (who’s just turned 18!). After a meal out at a nearby pub and a quick toast with a lovely bottle of champagne (provided by SEP) they headed off on their honeymoon to Kos in Greece, where they spent their first holiday together 26 years ago.
Quite clearly, they have been thinking very long and hard about marriage, and they both feel that they didn’t jump into it too soon…
Obviously they enjoyed many cocktails (Anna’s favourite being an strawberry Daiquiri), along with a few lovely freebies which inevitably follow “oh yes, we just got married”!
After all that, Anna’s now back hard at work in the office… invoices to post, suppliers to pay, quotes and orders to be done (all now with an even bigger smile). We thought we’d share some lovely news, and of course we wish Anna and Phil a long and happy marriage.
