SEP, and we suspect the whole fire sprinkler industry, has had another busy and productive year during 2025 – we would like to thank our customers – big and small, regular and occasional, home and abroad – for your ongoing support. I think this year we have particularly enjoyed our training sessions, and the number and variety of customer engaging with us has been very exciting along with the interesting feedback gathered.
Shutdown: our last full working day will be Monday 22nd December, the office will be working on 23rd, and we will all return on Monday 5th January – HOWEVER, as usual, we will not be leaving you stranded, so if you need anything at all then please do just drop us an email (or leave a voicemail) and someone WILL respond as soon as possible throughout the holiday period. If we CAN help, then we WILL help – we might be ‘out of office’ but we are NOT ‘out of touch’!
As usual, instead of sending gifts which would be mainly enjoyed by those who are significantly less ‘in need’ than others, we have made various charitable donations on behalf of some of our key customers as well as our own nominations – this year, we have supported:
Macmillan Cancer Support on behalf of a key customer.
Alzheimer’s Society & Dementia UK on behalf of two of our key customers, but also something very close to home.
Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis, to which condition our MD recently lost his father-in-law of almost 40 years.
Cash for Kids Mission Christmas, because that’s really who Christmas is for, and too many have to go without through no fault of their own.
