During current events, and despite our announcements, a number of customers have asked if we are still open, and what stock we have – so we thought an update would be helpful.
We are continuing to meet all of our customers’ needs, and to the outside world our presence and service continues to be seamless.
To minimise the risk to our employees and others, we have reduced our staffing in the workshop and warehouse to the minimum required to service our customers’ current needs. Every request so far made has been met without problem, and we will continue to provide our high level of service.
We took a decision early on in the looming crisis to build our stocks, and this we did (by 50%) for both components and finished goods, therefore our ‘skeleton crew’ are topping up stock levels as we go along as well as keeping on top of shipments.
Because we are able to, all office staff have been working from home for several weeks, and they keep in contact with the workshop/warehouse through various means.
Many of our customers themselves are focused on repair and important maintenance tasks, and as a UK-based manufacturer and supplier, we are here to support as necessary – the best thing is to email, but if you do call and can’t get through first time then please do leave a message and we’ll get straight back to you.
