In light of the Government’s recent announcements, we have taken the difficult (but what we feel is the right) decision to pause production of non-essential items to allow ALL our staff to stay at home. In this way, we are putting the health and safety of our people before our profit.
In preparation, as per our previous update, we have been ordering and making additional stock, so this should not be a problem (for us or you) in the short term. Office staff will continue to support remotely – as we have been doing – and workshop staff are making special orders (on an as-needed basis) on a purely voluntary basis.
Shipment of stock items is possible, subject to orders being received by midday, although not necessarily daily.
Please continue to contact us through normal channels and we will be responding in our usual efficient way. We have just one phone line whilst working remotely so if you cannot get through then please do not hang up, just leave a message and we’ll get back to you.
