One thing you can always expect when you deal with SEP is top-class customer service – we will always try to ensure you get the right product at the right time (even with the bare information we often receive!), and we will always get back to you quickly, even if we need to advise that we’re waiting for someone else – we take this for granted (shouldn’t everyone?)…but it’s still nice when customers recognise and appreciate it. - “Thanks for the quick response”, “Very much appreciated, thank you for the quick response”, “That’s brilliant , thanks for the speedy service” – this is just what we do, whether it’s replying to a quotation request, answering a technical question, setting up a new account or dealing with a problem. If we haven’t replied within a few hours, we probably haven’t received your email!
- “That’s fantastic sounds perfect, thank you so much… you absolute legend… you have all been amazing” – in response to saving a customer significant time and money, including a site re-visit, simply by coming up with a simple solution to a problem which may have overwhelmed many. Solving problems is one of our strengths.
- “You are a super star. Thank you very much. That will help a lot” – after our new operations manager managed to negotiate a much-improved lead time from a global pump manufacturer (this task in itself can be much like taking a hairpin bend in an oil tanker!) for a particular jockey pump required to fix a breakdown situation.
- “Amazing I will raise PO now if you could send it to B Street that would be great, thank you for all your help”, “Ah amazing thanks so much – I’ll get the PO to you first thing tomorrow” – we believe that being accurate, fast and helpful is what customers want. And more to the point, we don’t think it’s difficult when you know what you’re doing, so this helps us help you.
- “Thanks – amazing as always” – when we identified a compressor with virtually nothing but a blurred photo…it’s not uncommon to be sent photos of obscure compressors, initiation boards, pumps with no labels. We will use the best of our experience, skills and expertise to identify what may be required, and offer an appropriate alternative. Think about where else you can get this service.
- “That’s brilliant and thank you for the quick turnaround, it’s hugely appreciated” – getting two large compressors to customer site for the next morning. We build and hold a great stock of compressors (and in fact all of our made products), so getting something to you quickly is just a normal part of our day.
- “With regard to the dry riser pump you supplied to us, it’s been brilliant and we have given out your details to all the attendees” – this from the FIA where we have supplied one of our DRTP units for training purposes. A number of our larger customers have built their own training facilities, and we can certainly help with this too!
