It’s been an interesting year at Sale Engineering. We’ve achieved some good steps forward and we hope all of our customers have been very happy with our products, service and responsiveness (or at least that you’ve told us about it if you’re not!).
Next year is due to be even better, with more product and service developments and hopefully even more and happier customers.
In the meantime, everyone here at SEP wishes our customers – both present and future – all the very best for a happy and peaceful Christmas, and let’s look forward to a great 2016 together!

Christmas Shutdown
We will be closed over the holiday period.
If you have, or are likely to have, orders to place directly before or after the holidays please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly to maintain our excellent service levels.
Our last day for shipping will be Tuesday 22nd December with a 13:00 cut-off for new orders.
We will re-open on Monday 4th January.
Advise us of any possible holiday requirements.
Christmas Emergencies
We can offer two solutions to customers if stocked products are required over the festive period.
Firstly, we are happy to provide certain products on a ‘sale or return’ or ‘consignment’ basis on a first-come first-served basis and subject to payment of carriage costs in both directions. Please contact Rob directly before 17:00 on 16th December if you wish to discuss this option.
Secondly, we may be able to ship certain products on Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th December for an additional carriage charge. Please email Rob at least 24 hours beforehand should you require this service.
Christmas Contact
Our email accounts will be monitored remotely over the holidays. Please email any queries along with your contact details, although our usual fast response may not always be possible.
