Since we launched our range of Priority Demand Valves (PDV) almost exactly a year ago, interest has grown month-on-month – records were broken in September, December and January…and probably March too (even though we’re only half-way through)!
The purpose of the PDV is to shut off the domestic water supply in the event of a fire sprinkler activation. They are not necessary for all installations, just where the mains water flow rate is tested as having insufficient headroom for both fire sprinklers and domestic water. We make and supply ‘fail-safe’ solenoid valve sets up to 2”/50mm, and butterfly valve sets upwards from 2.5”/65mm, and we can also supply adaptors from these sizes to, for example, copper pipes of all sizes.
Why are our PDVs the best? Well, apart from the fact we are holding good stocks, and you always get top-level response times and efficient service, we only use top-quality components, assembled and tested by our own experienced workforce in our ISO9001-accredited premises. And, of course, we are pretty easy to deal with!
If these valves are of interest, download our data sheet or drop us an email for a quotation – thanks for looking!
