Firstly, may we take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their ongoing support during 2016, which – despite early summer Brexit wobbles – has ended ridiculously busy for ourselves and almost everyone we have spoken to recently, both suppliers and customers alike.
This year has been a tiring but exciting one, and we expect next year to be equally challenging as we continue to work towards achieving approval for our new ZONE GUARDIAN.
We choose not to send out cards/gifts but instead take the view that charitable donations benefit those much more in need than your recycling bin… this year we have donated to Cancer Research UK and Greater Manchester’s Cash for Kids.
Secondly, we write to advise you of our standard Christmas shutdown period which will be from 13:00 on Friday 23rd December until 08:00 on Tuesday 3rd January.
Our last shipping date will be Thursday 22nd December, with a cut-off of 13:00.
Only in exceptional circumstances (and subject to stock availability and premium shipping costs) will we be able to ship between these times.
Both our emails and our telephone voicemail WILL be monitored during the shutdown, so if you do need anything urgently then please send/leave a message and Rob will get back to you as soon as possible.
