At the end of another crazy – and gone-too-fast – year, the team at SEP would like to wish all of our customers (old and new, big and small) the very best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. Thank you, again, for keeping us on our toes and extremely busy!
We will be closing for Christmas on the afternoon of Thursday 21st, and we will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January. BUT, our emails and telephone voicemails WILL be being monitored over the holiday period – so, if you have any urgent requirements, then just drop us a line as normal and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
This week is our first birthday in our new premises, and although we’re far from using all the space we now have, we certainly would have not been able to manage the volume and throughput of this year’s business if we hadn’t moved. We are now able to hold higher levels of finished goods stock (keeping our customers happy at the drop of a hat), purchase in bulk (to help keep costs down and supply chains moving), and we now have dedicated space for our new Training & Demo and customer meeting rooms, which will be opening soon!
In recognition of the fact that we in the industry are fairly fortunate, we always ask some of our biggest customers to nominate charities close to their hearts, so that we may make ‘festive donations’ on their behalf in lieu of cards and gifts. This year, we have therefore given to the following:
- Down’s Syndrome Association
- Lymphoma Action
- Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
- Cancer Research UK
- Little Havens Children’s Hospice
