COVID-19 Update – 05/11/20

In light of the new, second national lockdown, we thought it prudent to update you on our operations here at SEP HQ.

Whilst much of the country, and many in the manufacturing and engineering sectors are once again closing up shop, we are very much open. We are currently working two split shifts over 14 hours a day to ensure a COVID safe working environment for our staff and to meet high levels of customer demand.

We count ourselves extremely lucky to still be operating at such a fast pace. In fact, the first week of November has been one of our busiest this year!

Keeping our staff safe and customers happy is our number one priority, and so far we seem to be managing that quite well. Unfortunately, due to massive volumes, the same cannot be said of our carriers, so please be aware that delivery cannot be guaranteed, unless customers wish to use courier services – please be patient with us in the case of delayed carriage.

Should anything change, in terms of our ability to operate within the ever-changing guidelines, we will update you accordingly.

In the meantime, we are well and truly open and awaiting your calls, orders and enquiries. Please continue to call and email us in the usual way.
