Sale Engineering Products is pleased to confirm that, following an annual audit last month, TUV has re-awarded us with the ISO9001 certification.
We are proud of our high standards of quality and consistency – not to say we never make mistakes, but our quality system ensures that any issues that do slip through the net are investigated, resolved and actions put in place to try and prevent recurrence.
In addition to ensuring that everything leaving us is the best it can be, we monitor key customer-service measures including on-time despatches – in the quarter leading up the audit we achieved almost 95% on-time delivery and on all but two occasions this was because we were let down by our suppliers.
