Big job, well done

Throughout September and October we were working with a new customer on a requirement for compressors which then became one of our largest single orders of recent history. We secured the order at a time of staff change and extremely high levels of activity across the board, and it had to be delivered in stages before Christmas.

In the event, we managed to deliver each batch on time with just one slight delay. The customer is happy for us to share their positive comments,

“Really good doing business with you, please pass on my thanks to your guys (and/or girls) in the workshop and office, job well done.”

In fact, they went further in recommending us to another part of the business,

“I purchased…compressors from SEP late in 2016 and their service and delivery was fantastic.”

Not all perfect

An occasional customer purchased a pair of compressors in November, but unfortunately – and the timing couldn’t have been worse – one of them arrived damaged. We did what we could to get a replacement unit built and tested as soon as possible and arranged delivery (and collection of the damaged one) for the following day.

Of course, this whole situation was less than perfect, but in the circumstance the customer was gracious to comment,

“Thanks for your…prompt service in sorting out a replacement compressor, when things go wrong it’s reassuring to know that you as a company will sort it out.”
