SEP Quality and Service Pays Dividends

For a number of years now, we have paid a small bonus to all staff when sales exceed a certain level, to recognise the hard work required from the small team during peaks of activity. This has tended to be only during autumn and winter when demand for compressors is higher. However, we’ve just reached yet another landmark whereby the staff bonus has now been paid out for each of the last twelve consecutive months.

This landmark reflects not only the hard work of the team but the results of our focus on product quality, as well as responsive and flexible service.

Since Rob took control of the business in 2014, turnover has virtually doubled – with several exciting developments still to be announced – and four jobs have been created locally, with another technician currently being recruited.

The industry is growing, we are growing, and Rob would like to take an opportunity to publicly thank the SEP team for their ongoing hard work and support as we continue to move forwards.
