To quote a happy customer: “Thanks for your efforts! Fantastic service.” – that’s what our customers like, and so do we.
We received a call just before 4pm to ask if we had any calibrated gauges in stock. Our gauges are calibrated to order so they’re ‘fresh’ and therefore we don’t keep them on the shelf. At 4pm our workshop closes and our main carrier has usually been and gone.
However, we managed to deliver on two counts; one of the technicians, Milan, agreed to stay behind to get the job done, and we have a secondary carrier who arrives a little later. By the skin of our teeth, we managed to get the gauges calibrated, certificated and packed for despatch in half an hour, ready for delivery to London the next day (pre-10am at that).
It may not have been the biggest job in the world, but to our customer it was extremely important.
