Pressure gauges are a critical component of any fire sprinkler system, and help understand the status of each part of the system, whether it’s wet or dry.
Every fire sprinkler system is different; in design, span, number and type of sprinkler heads, flow rate, water pressure etc. Pressure gauges in key areas (or for testing/checking) may be calibrated to meet the specific needs of the system in which it is installed.
We hold a stock of sprinkler system pressure gauges which are commonly used throughout fire sprinkler systems and manufactured to EN837-1 standards. At the very least, at 100mm we hold 7, 11, 16, 25, 40 and 70 bar; at 63mm we hold 2, 4, 7 and 20 bar; we also stock 100mm compound/suction gauges from -1 to 1, 2, 3 and 4 bar.
All our standard gauges have brass wetted parts (full stainless available on request), stainless steel casing and a pressure safety device. 100mm gauges have a 3/8” connection, and 63mm gauges have a ¼” connection. No-loss connectors from 3/8” to ½” are offered to our own brass/stainless design, and we also carry a stock of adaptors from ¼” to ½” and vice versa.
As we have our own on-site high-accuracy reference gauge, all gauges can be calibrated and certificated to order for a small additional cost – we only do this to order, so you know that your gauge has not been checked and sat around on a shelf for several months – they are all as fresh as a proverbial daisy.
We can even provide gauges with your own logo (subject to minimum order quantities and initial lead times) which can work out surprisingly good value. We hold such stock for several customers, so that you can call off what you want, when you want it, delivered to where you need it.
