We offer a range of high performance sprinkler compressors that are fully LPC compliant. The units are suitable for dry, low pressure, alternate or tail-end sprinkler systems.
All of our compressors are designed to comply with BS5306 & EN12845 guidelines, PED 97/23/EC, and are fully tested prior to despatch.
Some of the key elements of our standard compressor range include:
- As a standard they come with a 2-6 bar pressure switch that is set to cut in @2.8 and out @3.5 bar.
- A low pressure option offering a 0.2-6 bar pressure switch set, is available if you require it.
- We also offer a high, 4-12 bar pressure switch set for the other end of the scale.
- Our units have a pressure safety relief valve set to 5.5 bar (for low pressure units this is set at 3.0 bar)
- We fit a a glycerine filled 63mm pressure gauge.
- The motor controls are a contactor starter with thermal overload and minimum 1m flex.
- A solenoid, unloader valve and non-return valve prevents the compressor starting under load.
- On-delay timer (400v models require neutral for a 230v supply) to reduce the number of starts, prevent overheating and promote longevity.
- Min 0.5m flexible hose with ½” adaptor for connecting to your system.
- Integrated wall brackets or Unistrut for fixing.
- Anti-vibration mounts.
- Complimentary compressor oil.
- Air receiver models include 24 litre 11 bar receiver with drain valve.
As we manufacture the units we hold a large stock of maintenance and replacement parts should you need them. Complete compressors are also available from stock.
